A Celebration of American Heritage

Big Party 250 is all about getting ready for the biggest party ever - the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence! I was 12 years old when we celebrated the Bi-Centennial in 1976. I remember that summer like it was yesterday. Everyone came together. Everyone was filled with American patriotism. Our spirit was high, and we all understood how very fortunate we were to live in a country where each of us was guaranteed the unalienable rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Now, almost 50 years later, we need to take the party to the next level. We need to come together once again to celebrate this great experiment we call The United States of America. Our Founders had no idea if it would last. But it did. We The People have stitched together a fabric so strong that it will never be torn apart. And that, my friends, is something to celebrate!
